Wekiva Island donates canoes for clean ups about 15 times a year for Keep Seminole Beautiful Volunteers. They donate the staff to get the boats into the water and to sort the trash pulled out of the river. Please thank them for all they do for this beautiful water way!

 

Wekiva Falls is located on the north end of the Wekiva River off of SR 46 in Sorrento. We do clean ups out of their location because our trash in Seminole County flows North towards the St John’s River. Wekiva Falls also donates their canoes and entrance fees for Keep Seminole Beautiful Volunteers. Please thank them for all that they do to keep our Aquatic Preserve pristine.
